I have an Air Quality Egg and I setup a Xively (formerly COSM) account. I don’t know how to add the Air Quality Egg to my account so that I can enable all sensors for your extension. Can you point me in the right direction? My feed id is: 130785
Thanks,

sudo visudo

This command opens a special vi editor that will do syntax checking before allowing the sudoers file to be saved.

The habits are all sane and science-supported. That may sound like a round-about approach to the problem but if you look at it in the long term, it’s the only approach that really makes any sense. When you reach your goal you just maintain your eating and fitness habits and you’ll stay at a healthy weight.”

That sounds a lot like how I was instructed to ease myself into the DASH diet, which ended up working well for me. (Now that I’m thinking about it, it strikes me that this is might be a useful approach to lots of different kinds of long term personal change – not just weight loss.)

I’ve been really impressed with your commitment to eating differently, and it’s been great to know that I’m not the only person at the dinner table trying to change. I look forward to many more years of more reasonably-sized dinners with you.
